Published on August 6, 2005 By SteveGosselin In
Hello,

I have updated Enhanced Dialog last night with the new build. But, all seems works fine except when i click on "Recent Folder" Menu list and after, It is necessary to click two times on the "Create new folder" for create a folder... Not too convenient!

thanx in advance for the answers!

Same here. It is as if the 'recent folder' list is a separate process and you have to click on the new folder button once to get focus back to the ED main window and then the second click to activate the button.

Ive got you guys beat on this one - after the most recent build of Enhanced Dialog - I no longer HAVE an open dialog box. Any application that I click file - open - I get an hourglass for a split second and then the entire thing disapears.

fun fun

You can put the application it interfers with to the exclude list.

Hello,

I updated to 0.92[b].002 (11/04/2006) and Jeezus someone seems to have screwed up among the "fixes" we have:

'Fixed crash when clicking the Recent dropdown.'

Now I did have the occassional problem with the recent dropdown. NOW I ALWAYS HAVE IT!! For example I have it with WMP10, Winamp, DivX player, and Roxio EMC 7.5 components (running XP Pro SP2). Now I realise you install a beta ya takes ya chance, but seriously this wouldn't even pass alpha testing. How many users would use either WMP or Winamp for music? Was any inhouse testing done.

Can this huge problem be fixed, or can I have some info on rolling back to the previous release

I got the same error and emailed th e debug log to support@stardock.com

*That* might be more useful than posting here.

I emailed it through as well and no reply in 48 hours! That poor performance from any customer support department

It's taking a little longer to get a response these days. Sometimes as much as a week.

Not bad response time for the price point of the product.
